Chamoy Creative announced that they have been selected as part of a team of firms that will be working on the development of Texas Transportation Plan 2045 for the next five years. The team of seven firms will have the opportunity to build upon the currently adopted long-range transportation plan (TTP 2040) by incorporating citizens’ and stakeholder’s feedback combined with performance-based needs. “As a team, we leverage our collective expertise to cultivate innovative solutions that enable TxDOT to better understand multimodal performance needs, meaningfully communicate with stakeholders, develop strategies, and produce better outcomes for Texas residents and visitors,” said Kevin M. Ford, Ph.D., partner at High Street Consulting and Project Manager for the team.

The team is composed of High Street Consulting for performance-based planning & programming, Chamoy Creative for traditional & digital marketing, local public relations firm Ximenes & Associates for public outreach and involvement, Atkins for environmental, engineering, and multimodal analysis, WRA for congestion & mobility analysis, SRF Consulting Group for smart corridors and risk-based planning, Sology for connected vehicles & probe data analysis, EDR group for economic analysis,

Chamoy Creative will take the lead in supporting the team’s efforts through traditional and digital marketing. The San Antonio agency was founded by four enterprising millennials in 2015 with the goal of innovating the way brands advertise and reach the growing US Hispanic population. In just three years, the agency has attracted both local and national brands, such as WB Liquors & Wine, The City of San Antonio, Bexar County, CommuniCare Health Centers, Santikos Entertainment, Twang, The DoSeum, TNLA, Blue Moon, and Red Bull America, as clients.
